One last thing, when I try to update the windows, it installs all the updates except one that tell me that I need to restart the laptop, but when I do, it gets stuck at configuring at 11% so I end up restoring the device to a previous restore point. I checked the programs that run at startup and disabled everything unnecessary but nothing worked. The only thing that speed up booting on the second black screen is when I bring up task manager and kill explorer.exe process and run it again, the explorer will load up but takes a long time to run the programs and sometimes it doesn't load all the programs. I ran AVG antivirus but nothing was detected, ran tuneup utilities and CCleaner and also installed Malwarebytes and supposedly all problems were solved but the startup is still very slow.
It starts with the windows logo then it goes into a black screen for 30s-1minute, then it prompts me to enter my password, after that it takes another 1-2 minutes on a black screen till the desktop shows where it need around 30seconds till it loads all the icons. I'm running on windows 7 but lately every time I start up my laptop, it takes a very long time to boot up.
